Greetings!

The registration kits were sent only to those who requested to receive his or her kit by post among the participants who were unable to receive the registration kit on site.

Since the additional production schedule for the USB that include the abstract book has been delayed, the USB couldn’t be part of the registration kit. 

As part of efforts to reduce carbon emissions and for the convenience of participants, the organizing committee has decided to upload the abstract book content on our website to enable participants download the program book and the abstract book individually. 

We want you to know and understand that the expenses that were set aside for USB were spent for technical fees for producing and additional editing scalable for the file for the website posting. 

The abstract book has been uploaded for download on the website and all participants can download it by 31.DEC.2023.

2. Login to your account using your ID and password.

3. Once logged in, navigate to the "My page" section.

4. You will find separate sections for the EAFES 2023 abstracts, program book, and event photos. Simply click on the respective section to start the download.
