The 10th EAFES International Congress
The process of symposium proposal and abstract submission of the 10th EAFES international congress is being conducted in a similar manner to the previous EAFES congresses. The symposium proposal and abstract must be submitted by the deadlines.
Accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors. One of the authors MUST register for the congress and MUST register before the deadline given for the registration schedule. Failure to register before the deadline will result in the automatic withdrawal of your paper from the congress proceedings and program. A single registration may cover up to two papers. Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official proceedings archived.
The paper templates will be posted on the website of the congress which will open on March 13th, 2023. After then, please go to the website to download the paper templates for EAFES 2023.

The abstract submission is opening after March 13th, 2023. It must be submitted in a publishable form, both MS Word and PDF in final.
The scientific committee will review the abstracts, and the review result will be posted on the website. The authors will also be notified of the review results by email. If your abstract is accepted, the scientific committee will assign it to either an oral presentation or a poster session.
Please prepare an oral or poster presentation accordingly, following the guidelines posted on the website. We ask that authors use the abstract submission form to make the review process easy for the reviewers, and to ensure that the abstract will be readable through the online review system.
