  • The registration fees above include all congress activities, technical sessions, refreshments, welcome reception, and discount banquet fee.

Payment method

1. Online credit card

  • Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, UnionPay.
  • All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

2. Wire transfer

  • Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.

Registration confirmation (Receipt)

  • An official receipt will be issued upon completion of registration and payment.
  • Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
  • If there is a problem with receipt, please contact the Secretariat ( then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail. (
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
  • Refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
  • Cancellation by July 7, 2023: 100% refund minus 25% administration fee.
  • Cancellation after July 7, 2023: No refund.
